Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboards, shipments, replenishment, merchandising, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Foster an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing brand and category training to boost sales performance.
• Adhere to policies and dress code, and complete merchandise resets and displays.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across all areas and protect assets via loss-prevention best practices.
• Execute additional operational tasks as directed.
