Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will help with stocking, merchandising, inventory, and daily upkeep to ensure an exceptional shopping environment.

The role focuses on operational excellence, adherence to standards, and collaboration with store leadership. A flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Work a flexible schedule to include early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and merchandise available; maintain store cleanliness and complete assigned tasks.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through focus on performance, people, and process.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures and standards; ensure proper handling of shipments and replenishment.
