Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and perform duties to support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with replenishment and compliance.

The role requires a willingness to work varied shifts, basic tech skills (POS and Apple devices), and a team mindset. Minimum high school diploma; 1 year related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are planned and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and shipments, replenishment, inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Adhere to dress code and follow Ulta Beauty's policies.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
