Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to ensure shelves are stocked, fixtures are clean, and the store operates smoothly to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, participate in ongoing training, handle merchandise resets and replenishment, and maintain high standards while working a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Work a flexible schedule to include mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support inclusivity and participate in ongoing training.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and store procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
• Drive operations by keeping area replenished, signed, faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness across all areas.
• Protect assets by loss prevention practices and guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
