Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist guests. You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet store goals, ensure product availability, and uphold standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), about 1 year of relevant experience, and comfort with basic technology like POS systems and Apple devices. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing brand and category training to drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
