The role requires 3+ years in customer service/retail with at least 1 year in sales management, and a passion for hair and beauty. Strong leadership and operational skills are essential for this on-site position in NH.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee all store operations with emphasis on budget, expenses, sales growth and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and company policies.
• Ensure the store presentation is always at its best.
