Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• ≥1 year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer experience and inspire the team to deliver a great checkout and service.
• Oversee store operations with emphasis on meeting budget, controlling expenses, growing sales and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best at all times.
