You will coach staff, drive sales, manage inventory and execute store standards, ensuring profitability and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to learn and educate staff and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team and ensure a great customer experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, budgets, expenses and inventory.
• Protect customers, staff and store assets by following safety, security and policy rules.
• Ensure the store always looks its best.
