Job summary

CosmoProf, a part of Sally Beauty Holdings, invites you to lead a store team as Store Manager. You will drive the customer experience, manage talent, and oversee operations to meet sales goals while delivering an EPIC experience aligned with our Education, Product, Inspiration and Community pillars.

We value leadership, a self-starter attitude, and passion for hair and beauty. If you have at least 3 years in customer service/retail and 1 year in sales management, you could grow here with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1+ year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• passion for all things hair and beauty.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, budget, expenses, inventory and growth.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Ensure the store always looks its best.
