Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC's CosmoProf store in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver an EPIC customer experience in hair and beauty.

As a proven leader, you will drive sales, manage operations and inventory, train staff, ensure safety, and maintain an engaging store environment that reflects our four pillars of Education, Product, Inspiration and Community. CosmoProf values passion for hair and beauty.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great, memorable experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, manage budget, expenses, inventory and growth.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by enforcing safety and company policies.
• Keep the store looking its best and reflect brand standards.
• Develop and coach staff to improve performance and customer engagement.
