Job summary

CosmoProf Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team and drive exceptional customer service in our Savannah store. You will oversee daily operations, budgets, and inventory while ensuring an EPIC in-store experience that aligns with our Education, Product, Inspiration and Community pillars.

The ideal candidate brings customer service and retail leadership experience, a passion for hair and beauty, and a self‑starter mindset. Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service/retail and 1 year in sales management.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Must be 18 years or older and passionate about hair and beauty.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire team, and ensure a great customer experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Protect customers and store assets by following safety policies.
• Maintain an attractive store presentation at all times.
