Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Retail/customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to influence others.
• Able to stand/walk 7+ hours and lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals by coaching, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Schedules and assigns employees; following up on work results.
• Achieves financial objectives by monitoring controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements.
• Manage and assign tasks to ensure stores are clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyzes daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguards and accounts for all money received and banking requirements.
