Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meets sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
• Schedules and assigns employees and follows up on results.
• Monitors expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensures compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Manages tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and customer-ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers to build loyalty.
• Creates a positive, motivating team environment.
• Resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Receives and handles money and banking duties.
