Job summary

Sephora Ashburn is seeking a dynamic Sales and Service Leader to guide a high-performing team and elevate client experiences in our VA-One Loudoun store. You will coach, motivate, and develop team members, drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment that reflects Sephora standards.

Flexible scheduling and reliability are required, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive store performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback and developing team performance.
