Sephora USA, Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking a Sales and Service Leader at the OR-Clackamas (0470) store.

You will lead by example, coaching your team to deliver exceptional client service, elevate the customer experience, and exceed sales goals through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations. This full-time, hourly (non-exempt) role requires 30–40 hours per week with availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire team to deliver exceptional client service and hit sales goals.
• Drive store performance through client engagement and product knowledge.
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development.
• Train onboarding and ongoing learning in service excellence and loyalty programs.
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork across the store.
• Uphold Sephora policies and create a safe shopping experience.
