Sephora in Portland, OR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, guiding daily operations, coaching the team, and elevating client experiences. You will recruit talent, lead development, and drive sales while upholding Sephora's standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role is salaried/exempt with on-site work, requiring availability evenings, weekends and holidays. The base salary ranges from $60,100 to $73,600 with bonus eligibility.
