• Lead and inspire Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance and contribute to overall store success through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop the team; support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations; assist with inventory, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork; promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards and maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
