Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Experience managing payroll, budgeting, and expense control.

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, and omni-channel goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Lead manager and associate development, training, and succession planning.
