Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team, drive top-line sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The GM will oversee operations, people development, and compliance, ensuring seamless store performance and profitable growth.

The role requires a passion for process excellence, strong leadership, and the ability to coach and develop managers and staff. Location-specific responsibilities include scheduling, loss prevention, and delivering a high-energy beauty

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.

Responsabilités

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed Ulta Beauty’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling needs and maximize productivity.
• Address issues from financial and operational reporting and audits to achieve goals.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
