Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a full-service store including salon operations. You will drive top-line sales, manage payroll and expenses, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include implementing company policies, coaching managers, ensuring guest engagement, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in retail leadership are preferred.

• 3–5+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
