Job summary

Cos Bar in Edina, MN is seeking a Beauty Specialist to create luxurious shopping experiences for clients seeking skincare, makeup, and fragrance. You will build meaningful relationships, recommend personalized products, and support in-store events while maintaining high hygiene standards.

You'll book appointments, drive client loyalty, participate in brand education, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Cosmetology license or beauty-related education is a plus.
• Retail or luxury cosmetics experience preferred.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury brands.
• Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
