Job summary

Cos Bar is seeking a part-time Beauty Specialist at our Marin County location to deliver luxury client experiences across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness solutions. You will build meaningful relationships, perform product demonstrations, and tailor beauty regimens to individual clients.

As part of the Cos Bar team, you will book appointments, support in-store events, and drive client loyalty through follow-up and social engagement.

Qualifications

• Luxury beauty or prestige cosmetics experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license or beauty-related education is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients.
• Recommend personalized skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness solutions.
• Perform product demonstrations using proper hygiene standards.
• Create customized beauty regimens across luxury brands.
