Cos Bar is seeking a Beauty Specialist to deliver exceptional luxury shopping experiences in a fast-paced retail setting in New York. You will guide clients through personalized skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness solutions, with a focus on relationship-building and education.

Ans varied duties include product demonstrations, clienteling, in-store events, and daily store operations. A passion for luxury brands and a team-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Luxury beauty or prestige cosmetics experience.
• Cosmetology license or beauty-related education (a plus).
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury brands.
• Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Collaborating with your team to exceed sales goals and create a positive store environment.
• Supporting daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and POS transactions.
