CVS Health is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to join our leading beauty retail team in Boston. You will provide personalized sales service, share the latest beauty trends, and use product knowledge to build the largest possible sales basket while guiding customers through CVS Beauty Club programs and promotions.

You’ll create engaging displays, maintain a clean, well-stocked beauty zone, and participate in events and trainings to stay current with brand launches.

Qualifications

• Sales-oriented with strong customer service.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including peaks.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish in CVS stores.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty advice and upsell products.
• Explain product usage and benefits to address customer needs.
• Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked beauty zone with proper hygiene.
• Support CVS Beauty Club programs and in-store events to drive sales.
