Job summary

Sephora (University Place Orem) is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a high-performing team in delivering exceptional client experiences. You will coach, train, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and inclusivity in a fast-paced beauty environment.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in retail or service, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire coaching and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance and contribute to store success through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop via onboarding and ongoing learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork; promote a culture of openness and empowerment.
• Uphold Sephora standards; follow company policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
