Sephora Westminster is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a dynamic team and deliver outstanding client experiences. You’ll coach staff, drive sales, manage onboarding, and keep brand standards high in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop, onboarding and ongoing service excellence and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to create an open, empowering culture.
• Uphold Sephora standards and store policies for a safe shopping experience.
