Sephora USA, Inc is hiring a Sales and Service Leader for the 5th & Broadway location in Nashville. This hourly, full-time role focuses on coaching a high-performing team, delivering outstanding client service, and driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

The position requires leadership experience in retail, a client-first mindset, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance through strong client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance
• Train and develop through onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
• Execute daily store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness
• Uphold Sephora standards and policies to create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
