Job summary

Sephora in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to drive store performance through coaching, client engagement, and expert product knowledge.

You will lead by example, inspire your team, manage daily operations, and foster an inclusive, high-energy environment where exceptional service and sales goals are consistently achieved. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays, with flexibility for peak retail periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire; coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance; contribute to overall store success through client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Coach for growth; provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance
• Train and develop; support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
• Execute daily operations; assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork; promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
• Uphold Sephora standards; follow company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience
