Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests, promote services, and drive center revenue in person at our Plantation, FL location.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales and guest service skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. Evening and weekend availability is required to support busy periods and maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
