Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within beauty retail preferred.
• Ability to communicate product benefits clearly and build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with makeup applications and skincare concepts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and drive sales in-store and online.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment and support team collaboration.
• Assist with beauty events, appointments, andNordstrom Rewards sign-ups.
• Keep the department organized, clean, and stocked to present a premium shopping experience.
