Job summary

You will collaborate across the department to ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment and drive sales both in-store and online. Ideal candidates are passionate about beauty, trends, and customer service, with the ability to build loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards and events.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and beauty, incl. trends, makeup and skincare.
• Excellent ability to connect with customers and proactively handle concerns.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using selling tools.
• Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain department readiness through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
