Job summary

You’ll drive sales through in-store and digital channels, book appointments, and support beauty events while staying current with trends and brand knowledge. This role emphasizes service, teamwork, and loyalty-building behavior.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products to meet beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, including in-store and digital selling with tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store events and services.
• Maintain department readiness through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on trends, products, and brand knowledge through Nordstrom trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty with Nordstrom Rewards.
