This role emphasizes building relationships, recommending products, explaining promotions, setting up displays, enrolling customers in the loyalty program, and handling transactions accurately while maintaining a professional store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
