Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences, advise on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and guide customers through their beauty journey. You will learn product details, promotions, and loyalty enrollment while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will work to build relationships, demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values, and participate in visual merchandising, promotions, and accurate checkout processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and upsell products.
• Interest in beauty products and trends.
• Willingness to enroll customers in Loyalty program.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
