Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmetprof Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as the advisor on the customer’s journey and leveraging training provided by Cosmoprof.

You will build relationships, promote loyalty, inform customers about promotions, and arrange displays to highlight events, while ensuring accurate transactions and a professional store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Able to read and explain product labels.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
