Job summary

True Will, LLC is seeking outgoing, energetic sales professionals to accurately represent our brand and provide customers with exceptional service. Earn commission to boost your hourly wage and potentially double it in a vibrant, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assists in meeting sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Schedules and assigns employees; follows up on work results.
• Controls expenses such as labor and cost of sales to achieve financial objectives.
• Maintains store compliance with all legal requirements.
• Manages tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized and customer-ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguards cash handling and banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists in meeting sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.


• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results


• Achieves financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses


• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements


• Manage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized , well-kept and customer ready


• Establishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long term relationships


• Creates a positive, motivating, team based environment


• Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner


• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits


• Safe guard and account for all money received and be responsible for banking requirements
