Job summary

True Will, LLC is seeking outgoing sales professionals to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. The role emphasizes achieving sales goals through a commission-based pay structure, with potential to double wages based on performance.

Candidates should have strong communication, relate well to customers, and be able to train, motivate and lead team members while maintaining store standards and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours).

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results.
• Control costs by monitoring labor, cost of sales and expenses.
• Maintain the store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Manage tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized and customer-ready.
• Establish rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and net income.
• Safely handle money and banking responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists in meeting sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.


• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results


• Achieves financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses


• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements


• Manage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized , well-kept and customer ready


• Establishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long term relationships


• Creates a positive, motivating, team based environment


• Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner


• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits


• Safe guard and account for all money received and be responsible for banking requirements
