Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Cosmoprof Sales Associate at our Cottonwood Heights, UT location. The role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience by assisting customers with beauty needs across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

You will build relationships, promote products, inform customers about promotions, set up displays, and enroll shoppers in our Loyalty program. Training will be provided and scheduling is flexible to fit various hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotions.
• Enrol customers in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
