Job summary

Cosmoprof, part of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences across beauty categories, from hair color to cosmetics and nails. You will be the advisor on the customer’s journey and receive comprehensive training from Cosmoprof.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to meet customer needs.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
