Job summary

Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC, part of the world’s largest hair and beauty supplier, focuses on delivering a memorable shopping experience. You advise on hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, guiding customers on their journey.

You will build relationships, highlight promotions, enroll customers in our Loyalty program, and keep the store inviting while supporting flexible schedules and continued product training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear and concise communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
