Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences for customers. You will guide product choices across hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, and participate in loyalty programs while maintaining a dynamic store environment.

You would join a team that values education on products, offers generous discounts, and provides growth opportunities. Multiple schedules are available to fit different needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
