Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience for customers in Wichita, KS. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as the advisor on the customer journey.

Cosmoprof will provide training; you bring passion and personality to guide shoppers. Responsibilities include building relationships, promoting loyalty programs, setting up displays, and processing transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Willing to follow direction and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
