Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as the advisor on the customer’s journey.

You will build relationships, promote products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, and ensure loyalty enrollment, while enjoying a dynamic team environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
