Cosmoprof Sales Associate position at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC invites you to create a memorable shopping experience by assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails. You will act as the advisor on the customer’s journey, using knowledge gained from training to support confident choices.

You’ll build relationships, highlight promotions, enroll customers in our Loyalty program, and help maintain a welcoming, well-merchandised store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience.
• Able to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
