Job summary

Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC, supports customers by guiding them through hair care, color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails to create an engaging shopping experience. You’ll become the advisor on the customer’s beauty journey, with training provided by Sally Beauty.

In this role you will build relationships, highlight promotions, enroll customers in the loyalty program, assist with displays, complete transactions accurately, and maintain a welcoming store environment

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
