Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.
• Able to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and guide them through their beauty purchases.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and display merchandise attractively.
• Inform customers about promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
• Support store team with inventory and merchandising during shifts.
