Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC's Cosmoprof is seeking a Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You’ll advise customers on products, help with color and makeup choices, and guide them through promotions and loyalty enrollment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Available to meet scheduling needs
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly
• Ability to explain product labels and training knowledge to support customer service
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
