Job summary

Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience, guiding customers through hair, cosmetics, skincare and nails, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their beauty journey.

You will be trained by Sally Beauty to become an advisor who helps customers discover products, enroll in the loyalty program, and participate in promotions while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Position requires long periods of standing and walking, with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers
• Recommend additional and complimentary products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for promotions
• Enroll customers in our Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
