Job summary

Cosmoprof Sales Associate at Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC delivers a memorable shopping experience by guiding customers through hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will be the advisor on the customer journey, supported by training to build product knowledge and loyalty.

You’ll assist with color, cosmetics, and skin care, set up displays, inform customers about deals, enroll them in the Loyalty program, and complete transactions accurately in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

Customer-focused with ability to build relationships within store environment.
Willingness to learn and be trained on product lines and promotions.
Flexibility to work varying schedules and hours.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
