Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking an Advisor to provide outstanding customer service while guiding shoppers through beauty selections in-store. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and you will be trained extensively by Sally Beauty to excel in product knowledge and sales techniques.

The role emphasizes relationship building, promotions, and accurate checkout. Flexible schedules are available to accommodate different shifts and store needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Available to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to assist customers.
• Able to read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise for sales and events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
